After placing your order, you’ll receive a confirmation email within 24 hours. This email includes a link for you to upload 3 clear photos of your pet.

Our artist will carefully review everything before beginning the hand-painted design. We recommend choosing photos that show your pet’s face, unique markings, and the features you’d like us to include.
